Multiple OS in VPS
Our virtual private server solutions include three Linux releases which you may pick from for the Operating System of your new server - Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS. In addition to being totally free, the OSs are really stable and risk-free and the key reason to offer you all three of them is to make sure that you'll be able to run any kind of app that you'd like, as different pieces of software may have different requirements in terms of the environment they can be used on. Each one of the three OSs is supported by a huge community of web developers who have produced thousands of software packages that you can set up and use on your VPS. In accordance with the Operating System that you pick, you will also be able to select between three different Control Panels to manage your web hosting content. Needless to say, in case you decide that you need a different OS, we could always reinstall the server with it. As a paid upgrade, we also offer weekly updates of the OS for maximum stability and security.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Hosting
We offer three Operating Systems with our dedicated server packages - CentOS, Ubuntu and Debian. They are all different Linux distributions and we offer them not only because they're cost-free so they will not increase the cost of your new hosting server, but also because they are exceptionally secure and stable. Each of them is backed up by a large community of developers, so you will be able to choose from countless software packages that you can install on your server in case the application that you would like to use has specific requirements. The Operating System will also determine what hosting Control Panel you can use because the Control Panels that we offer run on specific OSs only and because we want to provide you with as much flexibility as possible, we offer several OSs and multiple Control Panels. In case you choose a server with a given Operating System, we will change it upon request in case it turns out that you need alternative one. We could also keep the OS updated on a weekly basis as a part of our optional Managed Services upgrade.
